Dining at the Purple Palm is a culinary delight worth experiencing time and time again! This colorfully designed hotel restaurant is located in one of Palm Springs oldest buildings, at the newly restored Colony Palms Hotel on Indian Canyon in beautiful downtown.

The Purple Palm’s globally accented Mediterranean Menu will surely delight your taste buds from breakfast to dinner - just wait til you read about what they have on the menu!

For starters, they offer a bruschetta of braised spring lamb with white beans, shaved fennel gremolata, aioli. A charred ahi tuna steak, with mustard braised spring onions, rainbow chard, warm bacon and truffle vinaigrette. A delightful pancetta wrapped tenderloin of black angus beef for meat lovers with red wine braised oxtails, haricot vert and carmelized shallot potato puree. A decadent butter poached whole maine lobster served with pommes vapeur, vegetable chiffonade and shellfish nage.

Ask your server for wonderful wine pairings the Chef suggests with these delectable entrees or enjoy a drink from their full bar.
