Dining at the Purple Palm is a culinary delight worth experiencing time and time again! This colorfully designed hotel restaurant is located in one of Palm Springs oldest buildings, at the newly restored Colony Palms Hotel on Indian Canyon in beautiful downtown.

Surrounded by 360º degrees of majestic desert landscape, Purple Palm offers poolside dining, covered patio seating and a large room indoors where you can enjoy the scents and the sounds of an evening of dining magic.

The Purple Palm’s globally accented Mediterranean Menu will surely delight your taste buds from breakfast to dinner - just wait til you read about what they have on the menu!

For starters, they offer a bruschetta of braised spring lamb with white beans, shaved fennel gremolata, aioli. A charred ahi tuna steak, with mustard braised spring onions, rainbow chard, warm bacon and truffle vinaigrette. A delightful pancetta wrapped tenderloin of black angus beef for meat lovers with red wine braised oxtails, haricot vert and carmelized shallot potato puree. A decadent butter poached whole maine lobster served with pommes vapeur, vegetable chiffonade and shellfish nage.

Ask your server for wonderful wine pairings the Chef suggests with these delectable entrees or enjoy a drink from their full bar.
Let’s not forget dessert! You must try the chilled rhubarb soup with strawberry gelato, blood orange sorbet, ginger gelato and crushed amaretti cookie.
